What we collect, why we collect it, and how you stay in control. In plain English.
Who we are. All Investor (allinvestor.co.uk) is run by Ryan Edwards, a sole trader based in the UK. For this policy, that makes me the "controller" of your personal data.

What we collect
- Your email address, and your first name if you give it, when you sign up for the free January sample or our emails.
- Order details when you buy something: your name, email, what you bought and when. Your card details go straight to our payment providers. We never see or store them.
- Messages you send us by email.
We don't ask for, and you should never send us, bank details, account numbers or passwords. Our planners and spreadsheets stay on your own device. We can't see what you write in them.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To send you the free sample and our emails: money, mind and health tips, plus news about our products. Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
- To deliver what you buy and help if something goes wrong. Legal basis: contract.
- To keep tax and accounting records, as UK law requires. Legal basis: legal obligation.
Who helps us
We use a few trusted services to run All Investor. They only use your data to provide their service to us:
- Payhip: our shop, payments and download delivery. Payments are processed by its payment partners, such as Stripe and PayPal.
- MailerLite: sending our emails.
- Netlify: hosting this website.
- Google Fonts: loads the typefaces on this site. Your browser connects to Google to fetch them, which shares your IP address with Google.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. When they do, they rely on protections recognised under UK law, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics that follow you around the web. If that ever changes, we'll update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Email list: until you unsubscribe. After that, we keep only what we need to make sure we don't email you again.
- Orders: six years, for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Every email has an unsubscribe link. To use any of these rights, email hello@allinvestor.co.uk and we'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Children
All Investor is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For big changes, we'll tell our email list.
