Clear terms. No surprises.

The simple rules for buying All Investor digital products.

Last updated: 29 October 2026

Who you're buying from. All Investor is run by Ryan Edwards, a sole trader based in the UK. Contact: hello@allinvestor.co.uk

Our shop runs on Payhip, which handles checkout, payment and your download. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies.

What you're buying

Our products are digital downloads, such as PDF planners, spreadsheets and ebooks. You'll get a download link straight after payment, on screen and by email. Each product page says what's included and which apps it works with.

Your licence

Your purchase is for your own personal use. You can use it on your own devices and print it for yourself. Please don't share, resell, copy or upload the files anywhere. Every copy funds a small, independent brand.

Your right to cancel

Under UK law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online order. For digital downloads, that right ends once your download starts, as long as you agreed to get immediate access and confirmed you understood you'd lose the right to cancel. You'll be asked to confirm this at checkout.

If something's wrong

Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply. Our products should be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If a file is faulty, won't open, or isn't what we described, email hello@allinvestor.co.uk within 30 days. We'll fix it, replace it or refund you.

And if you're simply unhappy, tell us. We'd rather know, and we'll always try to make it right.

Education, not advice

All Investor products are for education and personal organisation. They aren't financial, investment, tax, legal or medical advice, and we aren't regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Investments can go down as well as up, and you could get back less than you put in. For free, impartial money guidance, visit MoneyHelper. For personal advice, speak to a qualified, regulated adviser.

Our responsibility

We're responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We're not responsible for decisions you make based on our general educational content. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
